Full Farm

ONE CLIENT / IMMEDIATE FAMILY: Monday – Thursday: $125 per hour Discounted weekday rate

Friday – Sunday: $150 per hour

Perfect for individual portraits, couples, seniors, maternity, and immediate-family sessions.

MINI SESSIONS, MULTIPLE CLIENTS & EARLY MORNING BOOKINGS:

$175/hr (discounted) Mon-Thurs or $200/hr Fri/Sun

Note: When photographing with our farm animals, a maximum of four families per hour is permitted (animal safety/attention span).

Mon-Thurs $100/hr discounted. Fri-Sun Not available. See chart below for specifics. Two clients max.

ADDITIONAL TIME:

All venue rentals require a one-hour minimum. Additional time may be purchased, subject to availability, at the same hourly rate, prorated by the minute. Your rental time begins at your scheduled start time and includes all setup, decorating, photography, cleanup, and teardown. Please plan accordingly so your session can begin and end on time.

* Harnessed Pony Rental: $100/hour

* Antique Automobiles: Additional rental fee

* Animal Removal & Return to Pasture: $25, Animal removal must be requested and approved before your appointment.

Our seasonal specials, holiday promotions, and discounted offers cannot be combined.

RESERVATIONS & PAYMENT:

Your reservation is confirmed once payment is received. Reservations are accepted on a first-paid, first-reserved basis. To be fair, I will not hold dates or times without payment.

Please include your requested session date and time in the payment comments. GFOS will confirm your reservation once payment has been received. All venue rental payments are nonrefundable.

Weather, Rescheduling & Cancellations:

Because GFOS is a private, appointment-only venue, your reserved time is set aside exclusively for you.

Inclement Weather / Heavy Rain:

GFOS may determine that a session needs to be rescheduled due to significant rainfall or unsafe weather conditions. Whenever possible, this decision will be communicated approximately 24 hours before your appointment.

Weather-related reschedules must be rebooked within one month of the original appointment. A rainout credit may be transferred to another client, provided the replacement session is booked within that one-month period. If the venue rental is not rebooked within the required timeframe, the rental fee will be forfeited.

Any prepaid specialty prop rental fees will remain available as a credit toward a future booking within the same calendar year.

Photographer/Client-Requested Rescheduling:

Requests to reschedule for reasons other than a GFOS-declared rainout are subject to a $50 rescheduling fee, payable before the new date is confirmed. All changes must be requested before the scheduled appointment and are subject to availability. Because your original time was reserved exclusively for you, refunds are not available.

Examples include:

* Cloudy or cold weather

* High winds

* Wet or muddy ground conditions

* Illness

* Personal scheduling conflicts

FARM SAFETY & PROPERTY RULES

Your safety, our animals’ well-being, and the care of our family property are extremely important to us.

For everyone’s enjoyment and protection:

* Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

* No running, chasing, or startling farm animals.

* Do not feed or handle animals without GFOS supervision.

* Signed safety waivers are required for pasture access, harnessed pony rentals, and pool use.

* No confetti or glitter.

* No boudoir photography.

* Please respect all buildings, animals, equipment, and restricted areas.

Failure to follow farm safety requirements or property rules may result in immediate termination of your session without refund. The individual arranging and paying for the reservation is considered the responsible party unless otherwise agreed upon by GFOS.

PET POLICY

We love animals, the safety of our farm animals and your pets are important. Personal pets may be permitted in designated yard photography areas and with prior GFOS approval.

* Approval must be obtained before your session date.

* All visiting pets must remain leashed.

* Visiting pets are not permitted in any pasture.

* Dogs must remain separated from our longhorn cattle and pony.

Farm animals are chased by coyotes and they are very protective and don't know the difference. Our designated pet-friendly yard area encompasses approximately three acres. Please discuss your pet photography plans with GFOS before booking.

🚗 PARKING:

Plenty of Parking is available, including space for multiple families attending mini sessions. Please park across from the house carport, facing the fence, to allow room for other vehicles. Additional covered parking is available near the red barn. If you plan to photograph the red barn, we recommend parking across from the house to keep vehicles out of your background.

🚜 UTV TRANSPORTATION:

Complimentary UTV assistance is available for transporting photographers, clients, and photography props throughout the property. Our two-seat UTV operates on dry ground only. Transportation may be unavailable during wet conditions or while the owner is handling animals.

🚻 RESTROOMS & CLOTHING CHANGES:

Because the owner must be present during photography with the animals and pasture, restroom needs can be difficult. The owner must be present for the use of the restroom, as well because of the location. All photography must stop when this occurs. Please encourage stopping before your arrival for a restroom break. A nearby Shell station on FM 1960 is less than one mile away and offers a convenient restroom stop. Photographers, please communicate this information to your clients before arrival. A portable changing tent is available upon request, and private clothing changes may also be accommodated in the restroom or garage.

🗑️ CLEANUP & DEPARTURE:

Please help us keep Graceland beautiful! All personal belongings, decorations, and trash must be removed before your reserved time ends. A red trash can is conveniently located near the entry gate. We kindly ask everyone to arrive and depart on time so each guest can enjoy their private reservation.

Graceland is more than a photography location. It’s our home, our little farm, and a place we genuinely enjoy sharing with others.
