Availability is currently limited to FOUR appointment times per mini-session set.

Every Mini Session Includes

• 15 minutes of photography with 5 minutes transition between clients

• 7 professionally edited, high-resolution digital images of your choice

• Up to 5 people. Additional person: $20 each • Maximum 7 people total

• Private online proof gallery

• Private final online digital gallery. Digital images only. Prints and physical products are not included.

TO BOOK YOUR MINI SESSION:

3. SECURE - Once availability is confirmed, pay the $100 retainer within 2 hours and include your scheduled date & time with your payment. Your appointment is not reserved until the retainer is received and booking is confirmed. If payment is not received within 2 hours, the appointment time may be released.

Important Policies at a Glance

• $100 retainer is due within 2 hours of availability confirmation with, remaining balance due upon arrival.

• Arrive 10 minutes early and ready to photograph. Late arrival does not extend your session.

• Proof galleries are for image selection only; final editing is completed after selections are submitted.

• If GFOS reschedules due to weather or unsafe conditions, payments transfer to the designated reschedule date.

• Children must remain under parent/legal guardian supervision; animal sessions require a safety/liability waiver.

• Personal pets require advance approval and are permitted only with Fall Arbor & Christmas Truck.

Additional details and policies are provided below.

Images & Upgrades:

Your watermarked proof gallery will be delivered within approximately 5–7 days max. Select your favorite 7 images within 7 days max and you must notify GFOS when selections are complete. A speedy client selection turnaround helps to speed up the process, as editing is by first to choose/first serve basis in that order.

Proof Gallery & Final Editing:

Proof images are lightly prepared for selection and are not final edits. Final adjustments—including color, exposure, cropping, retouching, and cleanup—are completed only on selected images. Selected images are professionally finished in Lightroom and Photoshop and delivered in high resolution approximately 5–7 days after GFOS is notified that selections are complete. Editing requests are not made to proofs before selection. Final editing follows the photographer’s established style; extensive alterations or special retouching may require an additional fee.

Purchase additional professionally edited images beyond your 7 included images for $25 each.

Full Gallery Upgrade — $125. For an additional $125, receive your 7 selected images plus all remaining photographer-approved images from your proof gallery, professionally edited and delivered in high resolution. Your Full Gallery will include a minimum of 12 final professionally edited images total. The Full Gallery Upgrade replaces the $25-per-additional-image option.

The $125 upgrade must be paid when your selections are submitted and before final editing begins.

RAW files, test shots, duplicates, missed-focus, closed-eye, and other unusable images are not included or delivered.

Watermarked proofs are for selection only and may not be downloaded, screenshot, shared, or posted.

Final galleries remain available for 30 days. Clients are responsible for downloading and safely storing their images.

Payment & Retainer:

A $100 non-refundable, non-transferable retainer is applied toward your session price and secures your confirmed appointment.

Retainer deadline: Payment must be received within 2 hours after GFOS confirms availability. If payment is not received within that time, the appointment may be released to another client. Remaining Balance Due Upon Arrival

Remaining balance: cash, Venmo, or Zelle. A receipt is provided for cash payments.

Cancellation Policy:

Client cancellations, missed appointments, and no-shows are non-refundable and non-transferable. The $100 retainer is forfeited and cannot be applied to another date or session.

Weather & Rescheduling

If weather or outdoor conditions may affect the session, GFOS will make the final decision by noon on the scheduled session day.

If GFOS determines that sessions must be rescheduled due to weather or unsafe conditions, all payments already made will automatically transfer to the designated reschedule date.

If the client cannot attend the designated reschedule date, payments remain non-refundable and non-transferable.

If GFOS determines that sessions will proceed as scheduled and the client chooses not to attend, it is considered a client cancellation.

Arrival & Session Policies

Arrive 10 minutes early, fully dressed and ready. Enter through the main gate, park in the designated area across from the house, and proceed to your photography area.

Please use the restroom before arriving. Late arrival or other delays reduce photography time and do not extend your session. Failure to arrive is considered a client cancellation.

Children & Animal Safety

Children must remain under the direct supervision of a parent or legal guardian at all times. Animal sessions require a safety/liability waiver; a parent or legal guardian must sign for participating minors. Animal participation, behavior, and positioning cannot be guaranteed. Personal Pets

Fall Arbor & Christmas Truck only • Advance approval required. $25 for up to 2 household pets. Pets must remain securely leashed while on the property. Owners are responsible for control, cleanup, and damage.

Photography Usage & Model Release

GFOS / Photography by TanyaLynn may use selected images from your session for portfolio, website, social media, studio displays, and promotional purposes.

For minors, a parent or legal guardian must authorize the use of their images. If you prefer that your images not be used publicly, please notify GFOS before your session.
